Cancellation & Refund Policy

We accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products. Otherwise, at present, we do not provide return or refund policies. In case of eligible claims, we will issue a full replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions:

▪️ Since quality check is performed for each product before dispatch, no return or exchange is allowed except in case the customer receives a damaged product, wrong product, or wrong size (which is not the size you ordered).

▪️ Such complaints will be entertained only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and only on the basis of a 360° unboxing video.

▪️ The unboxing video must be unedited, uncut, uninterrupted, starting from the parcel in sealed condition, clearly showing the shipping label, and highlighting the issue under proper lighting.

▪️ Minor manufacturing variations like loose threads, weaving knots, dye marks, or small imperfections in handloom/handcrafted products will not make the product eligible for return or replacement.

▪️ Slight colour differences may occur due to photographic lighting or device screens and will not be considered defects.

Return / Exchange Process:

▪️ In case of return/exchange, we do not provide reverse pickup. The parcel must be shipped back by the customer to our boutique address.

▪️ Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or is different from the ordered item.

▪️ Otherwise, no return or replacement is available.

Refunds:

▪️ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

▪️ If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

▪️ Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
